Our leadership team building programmes involve us learning more about the individuals involved, then bringing them back together, with an increased self-awareness and understanding of the need to function as one team.

The programme consists of:

A personality profiling exercise sent to each team member in advance


A subsequent full-day leadership team building workshop   


A half-day/two-hour follow-up workshop (3-4 months later) to track progress and ensure everyone
  is held accountable


Follow-up support for the CEO/ team leader on positioning, messaging, communication of
  action points post workshop etc

We would always recommend the full-day workshop for maximum benefit to the team but, if people are under severe time pressures, we can break it down into a series of two-hour workshops that are spaced out over a few months.

Workshop 01:


This two-hour workshop focuses on:


1. Self-awareness – understanding more about yourself and your personality type (how you behave, how you work under pressure, how you interact with others, the impact you have on others through your behaviours, your strengths, your weaknesses and areas for development).


2. Team building and understanding others – creating solutions to work more effectively as a team.

 

The first workshop requires pre-work for all members of the team in the form of a personality profiling questionnaire that gives them a clear understanding of their own personal results ahead of the workshop.

Workshop 02:


This two-hour workshop recaps on the self-awareness/ team building findings and action plans agreed during the first session. It then digs deeper into the team culture – current and desired:


1. What culture do we have and what culture

do we want? Values, behaviours + ways of working.
What do we want to stop, start, continue?


2. What makes a good leader and what are their traits
& behaviours?

 

This includes developing a ‘leadership team pledge’ that is signed-up to by every member of the team – with a commitment that they are all accountable for its delivery and success.
